Whose words decide who we are and how we should live?
Sarah Ayoub, Winnie Dunn & Kirli Saunders, hosted by Bec Kavanagh

Whose words decide who we are and how we should live? Can we resist, reimagine, reclaim words to take ownership of our stories and have a say in our future? Sarah Ayoub, Winnie Dunn and Kirli Saunders resist the dominant narratives, rebelliously reimaging a piece of writing from the literary canon and demonstrating that stories can change, depending on who’s telling them. Followed by a short, hosted discussion.

Sharing Time + Ask Me Anything
2:00 pm - 2:30 pm
In this 45-minute session, two of our Girls Write Up speakers will answer some of the anonymous questions posted in the Ask Me Anything box over the course of the day. This is the chance for audience members to ask questions they’ve always wanted to ask, but never had the opportunity.
