Stella Prize Trivia at Perth Writers Festival

Once upon a time in the city of black swans… We’re delighted to announce that, after a successful debut at the Melbourne Writers Festival 2012, the Stella Prize trivia quiz is travelling across the Nullarbor to beautiful Perth for the Perth Writers Festival.

Join some of your favourite Australian authors in an evening of trivia and laughs as together we celebrate the writing of Australian women, past and present. There’ll be audience prizes of great Australian works and many opportunities to show off your prodigious store of manuscript minutiae. It’s like RocKwiz, but with books!

So pack up a picnic, a rug and your literature-loving friends and head to the Sunken Garden, UWA on February 22, 2013 at 6.30 pm.

Your evening’s all-star cast will include: Drusilla Modjeska, Anita Heiss, Toni Jordan, Ailsa Piper, Belinda Castles, Angela Meyer, Susan Johnson, Natasha Lester, Sara Foster, Annabel Smith, Mardi McConnochie and Ambelin Kwaymullina. Presiding over it all will be MC Sally Warhaft, judge Ramona Koval and everybody’s favourite roadie, Benjamin Law.
